During my recent stay at Morianese Residence, I had mixed feelings. While Renata greeted us warmly and provided a complimentary ride to the train station, the overall experience left much to be desired. Though the property itself was clean and featured a spacious kitchen and bathroom, the lack of clear communication regarding extra charges was disappointing. Despite having a comfortable bed, the rude demeanor of the agency representative tarnished our experience. As someone with two decades in the travel industry, it's crucial to highlight that the quoted price does not reflect the final cost. If you're on the lookout for budget options near Lucca, you may want to consider the value carefully. Ultimately, for a stress-free getaway focused on relaxation and wellness, spending a bit more could be worth it.
